Fansign Event Reminders:

1. After purchasing the product, please make sure to fill in the application information (including real name and valid identification
details such as ID card/EEP/passport, etc.) on https://www.wjx.top/vm/P86RWMp.aspx (Offline Fansign) or https://www.wjx.top/vm/h44VDyx.aspx
(Online Fansign). Only after completing and successfully submitting the form will your application be considered successfully entered. Real-name verification is required at entry; bring your original ID used during
application. Applicants must be of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of the event. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have explicit permission from a legal guardian.

2. Winners will receive an official email with further event details after the announcement.

3. Cameras and phones may be used, but flash is strictly prohibited. No tripods or fan support items that obstruct others. No loud talking, standing, or moving during the event.

4. Seats will be arranged in the order of the winner list. Please sit in your assigned seat. Changing seats is prohibited.

5. Security checks will be conducted. Prohibited items are not allowed. Please cooperate for a safe and orderly event.

6. Letters will be accepted. All other gifts will not be accepted. Please drop your letters in the designated box before the event
starts.

7. Offline fansign winners can go on stage once only. Follow staff instructions. No personal belongings allowed on stage, including electronic devices. No photos, videos, or recordings. No requests for selfies. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

8. Autographs will only be signed on official event postcards provided by the organizer. No personal items will be signed. Only “To” signatures are allowed, using the winner’s name or nickname (English or Korean only, cannot mix).

9. Online fansign will be conducted via WeChat. Organizers will add winners in advance and verify ID before the call. Only the winner can be present. Calls will follow winner list order and take place after the offline event. Ensure stable internet and functioning video beforehand. Missed calls
due to personal issues are the winner’s responsibility.

10. 1v1 Polaroid winners can only take one photo. Retakes allowed only if the image is clearly overexposed, out of focus, or has eyes closed—judged by staff. Intentional errors for retakes are not allowed. Max two retake attempts.

11. Hi Bye session: No photos, videos, or recordings allowed. Violators will be asked to delete the content on the spot.

12. Any inappropriate behavior (e.g., unreasonable requests, physical/verbal harassment) will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

13. Please place props for Photo Time in the designated prop box before the event starts. Selected items will be used at the discretion of staff. Not all props are guaranteed to be used.

14. Follow all instructions from event staff. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event.

15. If a winner is unable to attend due to personal reasons, the spot cannot be transferred or refunded.

16. In case of force majeure or unforeseen emergencies leading to changes or cancellation without prior notice, we ask for your understanding.

17. This is the only official application channel. Please rely only on official announcements. The organizer is not responsible for any losses due to scams or leaks from unofficial sources.
